Use the help panel when you need instructions for the page you are viewing or want to search the KORONA Event documentation without losing your place in the back office.

Explain a term or status where you are working

Some back-office labels and status badges have a small open-book button beside them. Select it to open a short explanation without leaving the page.

Reference hints are initially enabled for newly created user accounts. If your account already existed when this option was introduced, the hints remain hidden until you enable them. Open Help and documentation, then use Show reference hints at the bottom of the panel to show or hide the buttons. The choice is saved to your user account and applies on your other devices.

Turning off reference hints only hides the inline open-book buttons. You can still open the help panel, review page-specific references, search, browse articles, and use the product glossary.

On an order, the buttons beside the order status and payment status explain the currently displayed value. For example, the order-state reference explains why Booked confirms the booking but does not by itself confirm payment or ticket generation.

Select Read full reference when it is available to open the related article in Help and documentation. Close the popover or press Escape to continue working on the page.

Open guidance for the current page

  1. Select the open-book button at the bottom of the back-office navigation.
  2. Review For this page. This section contains articles, reference information, and product terms selected for the page you are viewing.
  3. Select an article to read it in the panel. Reference information and term definitions are shown directly in the list.

If For this page has no references yet, use the documentation search in the same panel.

Search all documentation

  1. Open Help and documentation.
  2. Enter at least two characters in Search documentation.
  3. Select an article result to read it in the panel. Term and reference results show their explanation directly in the search results.

Search results use the language selected in the back office.

Browse documentation

  1. Select Browse all documentation at the bottom of the panel.
  2. Choose an article from the documentation list.
  3. Use the back button to return to the documentation list or page-specific help.

Articles and their available screenshots stay inside the back office, so you do not need to visit a separate documentation website. Open Product glossary from the list to browse all maintained product terms and definitions.

Follow instructions while you work

On a wide screen, Help and documentation opens beside the working page. You can edit fields and navigate to another page while reading. The article stays open; return to For this page when you want guidance for the page you have moved to.

Drag the panel's left edge to adjust its width. Your browser remembers the width. With a keyboard, focus Resize documentation panel and use the left or right arrow keys. Home makes the panel narrowest; End makes it widest.

For a second screen, select Open in new window in the panel header. The reader opens with the current article or documentation view, and the panel closes when the new window opens. Your browser may open a tab instead. You can move that window to another screen and continue working in the original back-office window.

On smaller screens, help uses a full-screen reader. Close it to work on the page, or use Open in new window to keep the instructions separately.

Share a page with its documentation

Use a combined link in a support ticket or send it to a colleague who needs to work on the same page.

  1. Open the back-office page you want to share.
  2. Open Help and documentation and select the relevant article.
  3. Select Copy link to this page with documentation in the panel header.
  4. Paste the link into your message.

The link opens that back-office page with the selected article in the help panel. It includes the current page address and any filters stored in that address; unsaved changes are not included. The article uses the language you were reading when you copied the link.

The recipient needs access to the same account and page, and the help panel must be available in that account. If sign-in is required, the page and article open after sign-in. Sharing a link does not grant access.

If the article cannot be loaded, use the back button in the panel to search or browse for another article. If copying fails, select the copy-link button again.

Close the panel

Select the close button. You can also press Escape while focus is inside help; on smaller screens, Escape closes the full-screen reader. On a wide screen, selecting the working page leaves help open. Keyboard focus returns to the control that opened help when it is still visible.

Read documentation in a browser

Open KORONA Event documentation to read guides in a separate browser tab or share an article with a colleague. No back-office account or login is required.

For German documentation, open docs.koronaevent.de. Both documentation sites offer language switching and keep you on the address you opened.

Choose Product documentation for setup and everyday tasks, or Developer documentation for integrations and API references. Use the language link to open an available translation. Generated API, webhook, and online shop CSS references are available in English.
