Review configuration issues

Use Configuration issues on the dashboard to review reported import, integration, ticket, refund, and pricing problems.
Find and investigate an issue
- Open the dashboard. The summary groups issues by type and shows the number of records in each group.
- Select a group, or View all issues to open the detailed list.
- Read the message, suggested action, and reported date. These are stored reports, not a live system health check. An old report may need investigation before you decide whether the problem still exists.
- Follow the link to the affected product, order, resource requirements, legal documents, or integration settings. If the record is unavailable, contact support with the issue description and affected record number.
- Correct the configuration or review the relevant transaction. Successful retries or synchronization clear supported issue types automatically. Opening a settings page does not resolve an issue.
For failed refunds or ticket activations, check the provider and order status before attempting the action again. The issue list does not trigger refunds or ticket activation retries.
Manage personal reminders
- Acknowledge records that you have seen an issue. It remains open and visible.
- Remind me tomorrow hides a non-critical warning for 24 hours. Booking, payment, and access errors cannot be postponed here.
- Enable Include postponed reminders to find hidden warnings. Choose Show reminder again to bring one back early.
These actions affect only your view. They do not change other users’ reminders, integration processing, or the underlying problem. When a resolved problem occurs again, it creates a new notice.
The list is paginated. Use Previous and Next to review additional records.
